The PUT credit spread was closed for $1.75. 27 November 2015 We sold a monthly PUT credit spread at 2015/2005 for $1.15. 10 December 2015 – Market waiting and waiting
The market tried to rally but bears are out in numbers.
Dow Transportation rallied in the first hour on market open but sellers were around and it range traded for thre rest of the day. It closed with a spinning top doji candle in an oversold condition. Pivot momentum remains downward. MPM is showing nett selling pressure.
Dow Industrial rallied in the first hour after market open but the sellers were around. It managed to make some headway and closed with a spinning top doji candle sandwiched between its 50 SMA and 200 SMA. Pivot momentum remains downward. MPM is showing nett selling pressure.
Russell 2000 managed to traded upward in a day of wild swings up and down. It sold off in the last hour of trading and closed with a spinning top doji candle below its 50 SMA. Pivot momentum remains downward. MPM is showing nett selling pressure.
Nasdaq 100 managed to claw its way upward in a wild where the index had wild swings. It sold off in the last hour to close with a spinning top doji candle just below its M-line (21 EMA). Pivot momentum remains downward. MPM is showing nett selling pressure.
S&P 500 traded upward in the first hour after market open and tried to push upward but was met with heavy selling. It sold off in the last hour to close with a low closing spinning top doji candle. Pivot momentum remains downward. MPM is showing nett selling pressure.
Market sentiment is slightly bearish. Market breadth continues to deteriorate with more losers compare to gainers. The prognosis is to expect more whipsaw action in the market.
