We sold a monthly CALL credit spread at 2135/2145 for $1.10. The total Return-on-Risk for this new trade is 1.10/8.90 = 12.36 % excluding transaction cost. The PUT credit spread was closed for $1.75.

The Week Ahead 
The indices continued selling off. Market Internals continue to show bearishness. Vix is at record high and Skew is at record low and below the threshold value of 116. The Put/Call ratio is at 1.256 which is normal and hence the possibility of a bounce tonight is high but could be higher if the Put/Call ratio had been higher at above 1.6. Indices continue to show distribution. Bond and Gold continue to sell off and the US dollar continue to exhibit strength against all currencies. The prognosis is for weakness to continue.
