Overall, it was a small profit to be redeployed for the next trade.8 December 2015 We sold a monthly CALL credit spread at 2135/2145 for $1.10. The total Return-on-Risk for this new trade is 1.10/8.90 = 12.36 % excluding transaction cost. The PUT credit spread was closed for $1.75. 27 November 2015 We sold a monthly PUT credit spread at 2015/2005 for $1.15. $DJT – UpTrend and upward momentum and in a preliminary Squeeze. /YM – UpTrend and upward momentum. /RTY – UpTrend with upward momentum and in a preliminary Squeeze. /NQ – UpTrend with upward momentum . /ES – UpTrend with upward momentum.
The indices surged upwards as news that vaccine trials from Pfizer and Moderna has about 90% effectiveness.
/CL – DownTrend and upward momentum and in a preliminary Squeeze. /GC – DownTrend and downward momentum and in Squeeze. /ZB – DownTrend and downward momentum and in a preliminary Squeeze. HYG – UpTrend with upward momentum. DBC – DownTrend with upward momentum.
Investors piled into the market as news of a vaccine trials by Pfizer are shown to be 90% effective. Junk bond (HYG) is in uptrend with upward momentum and DBC is in downTrend with upward momentum. The bulls are getting back into the market.
